The 3641 Holdrege Avenue is an adaptive re-use of an existing industrial building to creative office. The 3641 Holdrege building is characterized by a dramatic bow-truss wood roof structure that has been restored to its natural condition. The building is home to Herman Miller’s Los Angeles National Design Center. The building was awarded LEED Gold for the core and shell and has been featured in Architectural Record and Green Design publications.
